Biography

Graham used to have a farm near Otley in West Yorkshire on which he reared sheep and cattle. He was also a butcher knowing how to cut up a side of beef into cookable sized portions before freezing them. He and his wife Susan had four daughters and he regularly did the cooking when he was at home. It would typically be steak in sauce, but if it was for a party it would be curries, often about three different ones.
