Bob Danvers Walker was born on October 11, 1906 in Belmont, Sutton, Surrey, England, UK. He was an actor, known for Mrs. Thursday (1966), Armchair Theatre (1956) and Resurrected (1989). He died on May 17, 1990 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, UK.

Began his career in 1927 as a station announcer in Australia. His brother was an actor, Aubrey Danvers-Walker. His son Michael Danvers-Walker also acted.

Was the distinctively stentorian voice on British Pathe Newsreels from 1940 to 1970.
