Singers and musicians include Bobby Capo, Lucille Ellis, Lenwood Morris, Vanoye Aikens, Tommy Gomez, James Alexander, Wilbert Bradley, Dolores Harper, Jesse Hawkins, Richardena Jackson, Eartha Kitt, Gene Robinson, Othelia Strozier, Doris White, Rosalie King, Dorothy Speights, Julio Mendez, La Rosa Estrada, and Cantigo in the cast. Katherine Dunham was also choreographer, producer, and director. John Pratt was set and costume designer. Daniel Mendelsohn was conductor.
