- Kurt Waitzmann was born on January 30, 1905 in Sandersdorf, Deutsche Demokratische Republik [now Germany]. He was an actor, known for North by Northwest (1959), Psycho (1960) and Chinatown (1974). He was married to Waltraut Runze and Anneliese Uhlig. He died on May 21, 1985 in West Berlin, West Germany.
