Is highly skilled in singing (baritone), fencing, horse-jumping, horse-riding, and skiing.

Has four children - William Francis Wadham (b. 1991), Thomas Wyndham Wadham (b. 1992), Oliver Julian Wadham (b. 1994) and Samuel Nicholas Wadham (b. 1997).

His father, R.N.Wadham, was awarded Distinguished Flying Cross during the Second World War.
