Biography

Natto Wada was born on September 13, 1920 in Hyogo, Japan. She was a writer and composer, known for Fires on the Plain (1959), The Key (1959) and The Outcast (1962). She was married to Kon Ichikawa. She died on February 18, 1983.

After writing for director Ichikawa Kon she married him and became his scenarist until her death in 1983.
