Biography

During his "Linz Europa Tour", he will travel on a boat from Linz, Austria to the Black Sea and back, performing in many European countries between 2007 and 2009.

Won the Amadeus Austrian Music Award in 2001 as "Best Artist Rock/Pop National" and 2002 for "Best Jazz/Blues/Folk Album National".

Good friends with Jane Goodall, whom he visited in the Gombe Stream National Park, Tansania (1996).

After getting to know artists of the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts, he traveled to Tibet and Northern India, where he got to know the The Dalai Lama and started supporting his fight against the suppression of the Tibetian people (1998).

Although "Koa Hiatamadl" (lit. for "No girl from the country", 1992) has been his biggest hit, most of his songs deal with more serious issues.
