Freiin Tosca Mary Ronimunde Alice Wanda von Bissing was born on June 17, 1911, daughter of Freiherr Walter Adolf von Bissing and Mary Charlotte Luisa von Bissing (nee Sparling). She had one sibling, a three years younger brother, Freiherr Ronimund von Bissing. Both she and her brother were born in England. She died in England, aged 49, on April 11, 1961 in Paddington, London.
