- Mihajlo Viktorovic was born on February 14, 1929 in Belgrade, Serbia, Yugoslavia. He was an actor, known for Zenica (1957), Saculatac (1968) and A Better Life (1987). He died on September 26, 1998 in Belgrade, Serbia, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

- He provided the voice of Popeye in the Serbo-Croatian dub of the said character's animated shorts. Popeye's voice is similar to the one of Djordje Ciganovic, a character he portrayed in popular television series A Better Life (1987).
