Manny Vezie(1905-1985)

Manny Vezie was born on 26 April 1905 in McDonald, Pennsylvania, USA. He was an actor, known for The All-American (1932) and Wake Up the Echoes: The History of Notre Dame Football (1982). He was married to Genevieve N. "Jean" Sharp and Estalene Howrey. He died on 21 December 1985 in Gardena, California, USA.

Trivia
First came into prominence as a right end for Knute Rockne's famed Notre Dame football teams in the late 1920s. After a short professional career, he coached a number of college teams and in 1933 established the Gold Arrow Camp, a traditional overnight summer camp for children at Huntington Lake in the Sierra National Forest.
