Mara Venier was born on October 20, 1950 in Venice, Veneto, Italy. She is an actress, known for Un'emozione in più (1979), Diamonds (2024) and Sweets from a Stranger (1987). She has been married to Nicola Carraro since June 28, 2006. She was previously married to Jerry Calà and Francesco Ferracini.

She gave birth to her first child, daughter Elisabetta Ferracini on October 3rd 1968 in Venice, Italy. Elisabetta's father is Francesco Ferracini Mara's first husband.

In 1975 she gave birth to her second child, son Paolo. Paolo's father is Pier Paolo Capponi.

Has one younger sister, Roberta.

She has a grandson Giulio (b.2002) from her daughter Elisabetta Ferracini's relationship with Carlo Longari; and another grandson Claudio (b.2017) from her son Paolo.
