Erik Veldre was born on 27 July 1932 in Riga, Latvia. He was an actor, known for Bitva za Moskvu (1985), The Gospel According to St. Matthew (1964) and L'affaire Sacco et Vanzetti (1967). He died on 9 October 2023 in Germany.
