Yuri Veksler was born on 4 February 1940 in Leningrad, USSR. Yuri was a cinematographer and writer, known for Zdravstvuy i proshchay (1973), Klyuch bez prava peredachi (1977) and 713 yj prosit posadku (1962). Yuri was married to Svetlana Kryuchkova. Yuri died on 29 September 1991 in Sankt Peterburg, Russia.
