As an actor, Evelyn's hard work and dedication to her craft have earned her numerous roles in national commercials and dramatic acting roles in such films as John Wick 3, Absolute Madness directed by Kevin J. Hynes, Skirting the Issues directed by Carlos Berrios, Crimesight by Trey Lindsay, where she played a heroic assassin and performed her own fight scenes and stunts.

A charismatic and award winning host, Ev spent several years as the host of Resorts Sports Network based in Vermont, now Outside Television which focused on lifestyle, extreme sports, and outdoor adventure. As the host, Evelyn hit the slopes on her snowboard, the lake on her wake board, horseback riding, fly fishing, hiking, biking and other outdoor adventures as she got the viewers excited about getting off the couch and getting into the outdoors. In her five years with RSN in Vermont, she hosted a variety of shows ranging from studio reporting to sports interviews at the ski slopes.

Evelyn was the dynamic host of the hit series 'A Taste from the Melting Pot' on public TV, a show looking into the lives of families from foreign countries who have come to call America home.

Her love for animals started very early in life having spent many summers on a 250 acre farm where she learned how to ride horses, care for farm animals and camp. Having no training at all, at the age of just 13, Evelyn carefully raised an abandoned raccoon from birth until it was strong enough to be set it back into the wild. She is an avid Potcake dog rescuer, an advocate of conservation and has done several trips to the Caribbean on rescue missions and South Africa to explore the many game reserves.

For the Beyonce 'Star Power' video game, Evelyn was contracted as a Producer and Creative Consultant after having helped originate the main story line concept. Her responsibilities included the continued contribution of game design and story line ideas throughout the making of the dance video game. Her team videotaped Market Research sessions with several focus groups and processed the resulting data. They produced green screen shoots for game prototypes. This includes renting studios, providing top-notch filming equipment, hiring film crew members, booking and providing direction to talent, and finalizing studio production contracts.
