Mustafa Ziya Ülkenciler was born in 1947 in Antalya, Turkey. He was a set decorator and art director, known for Elephants and Grass (2000), Mrs. Salkim's Diamonds (1999) and Abdülhamid Düserken (2003). He died on 5 May 2023 in Istanbul, Turkey.
