Biography

Tortoise Matsumoto was born on December 28, 1966 in Hyougo, Japan. He is an actor and composer, known for Beverly Hills Ninja (1997), Ryôma no tsuma to sono otto to aijin (2002) and Kamen Rider Agito: Project G4 (2001).

Recently finished Japan-wide 'Ee nen' tour with Ulfuls. Final concert at Budokan being released as DVD in July.
