Appeared in all four Lethal Weapon movies as four different characters.

In Lethal Weapon (1987), Tuerpe played the mercenary who delivers the line, "He wants to see the girl." during the scene at the dry lake.

In Lethal Weapon 2 (1989), Tuerpe played the hitman with glasses who appears in the scene when Riggs shoots the fish tank.

In Lethal Weapon 3 (1992), Tuerpe plays the bearded henchman.

In Lethal Weapon 4 (1998), Tuerpe plays the helicopter co-pilot who invites Riggs and Murtaugh for a helicopter ride after they are promoted from Sergeant to Captain.

Tuerpe played a thug with glasses in Lethal Weapon 2 (1989) and again in Lethal Weapon 3 (1992). Each film in the franchise featured a thug who wore glasses.

His roles of which he is most famously known for - Superman (1978), The Goonies (1985) and the Lethal Weapon (1987) quadrilogy - are all movies directed by Richard Donner.
