- Eugène Tucherer was born on September 24, 1899 in Kellemessebesirétek, Saros, Austria-Hungary [now Saryske Lecky, Slovakia]. He was a producer and production manager, known for La chatte (1958), Hitch-Hike (1962) and The Glass Castle (1950). He was married to Erna Bernhardt aka Boyar. He died on August 17, 1974 in near Paris, France.
