Yasutaka Tsutsui was born on 24 September 1934 in Osaka, Japan. He is a writer and actor, known for The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006), Paprika (2006) and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2016). He has been married to Mitsuko Tsutsui since 1965. They have two children.
