Corinna Tsopei was the first Miss Greece winner of the Miss Universe pageant in 1964, making her the first Greek woman to hold the title.

Following her reign, Tsopei pursued a career in acting, appearing in several Hollywood and Greek films, including roles in The Sweet Ride (1968), A Man Called Horse (1970) as the love interest of Richard Harris, and Soul and Flesh (1974), as well as guest spots on television series such as Lost in Space (1967) and Daniel Boone (1968).

Sister-in-law of Shep Fields.

Has three sons with Dr. Steven Zax: Andrew Zax (born 10 August 1969), Steven Zax Jr. (born 27 May 1972) and Paris Zax (born 26 March 1975).
