Biography

Alexandre Trudeau was born on December 25, 1973 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is a director and producer, known for Hair of the Bear (2025), Liberia: The Secret War (1998) and Bitter Smoke (2019).

His younger brother, Michel, died in an avalanche in British Columbia, Canada, in November 1998, at the age of 23.

Travels to war torn/impoverished countries to make documentaries and write articles for MacLean's magazine.
