Born in east Los Angeles and raised in San Antonio, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force before returning to Los Angeles to pursue higher education. Accepted into the University of Southern California, Vic graduated with honors, earning dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in drama and cinema production. His commitment to refining his craft led him to pursue an MFA in acting at UCLA's prestigious school of Theater, Film and Television. Further honing his skills, Vic also trained at the American Film institute and the Strasberg Actors Studio working with some of the most respected professionals in the industry.
Vic is a versatile bilingual actor with a dynamic range of leading, supporting, and recurring roles in both television and feature-films. In television he portrayed Lieutenant Esteban Salazar in the hit series 'Killer Women' and was a series regular on the Emmy award-winning 'Pee-Wee's Playhouse' where he originated the role of Ricardo. His guest-starring roles include appearances in 'The X-Files' and the Netflix series 'MO'. Vic's recurring roles in daytime television include 'General Hospital', 'Day by Day', 'Sunday in Paris' and 'Living in America'.
On the big screen, Vic co-starred in the iconic prison drama 'American Me' alongside Edward James Olmos, and appeared in 'Machete' with Danny Trejo, directed by Robert Rodriguez. Other film credits include 'The Good Wolf' directed by Will Shipley, 'The Elevator' opposite Martin Sheen, 'Beastmaster 2' with Marc Singer and 'Killzone' alongside David Carradine. He performed in several world premieres at the Tony-award winning South Coast Repertory ('Man of the Flesh', 'Search & Destroy'), Mark Taper Forum/Taper Too in Los Angeles ('Alternate Places', 'Por Quinley').
