Cláudio Tovar was born on July 9, 1944 in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil. He is an actor and set decorator, known for Gabriela (1983), Lupu Limpim Clapla Topo (1986) and Roberto Carlos a 300 Quilômetros por Hora (1971). He is married to Lucinha Lins. They have one child.
