- Jools Topp was born on May 14, 1958 in Huntly, New Zealand. She was an actress and writer, known for Topp Twins III (2000), The Adventures of Roman Pilgrim (2005) and The Topp Twins: Untouchable Girls (2009). She died on May 23, 2026 in New Zealand.

- The Topp Twins were made Dames Companion to the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2018, saying at the time that meant Camp Mother, Camp Leader, the Kens and all their characters were knighted now too.

Topp was diagnosed seven months later when the breast cancer showed up with an ultrasound exam. She recovered well after receiving a mastectomy in October 2006 and several months of chemotherapy.
