- Tito Topin was born on February 23, 1932 in Casablanca, Morocco. He was a writer and producer, known for Navarro (1989), Paris City Cop (1998) and Brigade Navarro (2007). He died on December 6, 2025 in Avignon, Vaucluse, France.
