Biography

Jack W. Thomas was born on October 24, 1930 in Seattle, Washington, USA. He is a writer and producer, known for We'll Bury You! (1962), Embryo (1976) and 20,000 Eyes (1961). He was previously married to Casey Cagney Thomas.

Son-in-law of James Cagney.

Served in the United States Navy for four years from 1950 during the period of the Korean War.

Began his screenwriting career working for Robert L. Lippert's 20th Century Fox B picture unit Regal Films (later Associate Producers Incorporated).

Later he became a Los Angeles County deputy probation officer for six years. His experiences led him to write a series of 11 pulp novels for Bantam Books.

Attended the University of Arizona on the G.I. Bil,l graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 1957.
