Arlette Thomas was born on November 5, 1927 in Paris, France. She was an actress, known for Back to the Future (1985), Les coeurs verts (1966) and Valentine's Day (2010). She was married to Jacques Jolivet. She died on May 13, 2015 in Antony, Hauts-de-Seine, France.

She is the mother of director Pierre Jolivet and actor Marc Jolivet. She is the french voice of Warner Bros cartoon character Tweetie Pie.

She is the grandmother of actor Adrien Jolivet.
