Biography

Jacky Terrasson was born on November 27, 1965 in Berlin, Germany. He is an actor and composer, known for 54 (1998), Girlfight (2000) and The End of Violence (1997).

Performed at at The Jazz Standard, in NYC with "TOP" (Terrasson - Okegwo - Parker) from April 25th -30th, 2006

If I can manage to pull off a melody in a original way and hopefully make a strong statement, then it's not necessary for me to improvise. Just playing the song, the `head' as we say, can be quite emotionally charged, particularly on a pretty, slow ballad and anything else could be overkill!
