Mike Tenay was born on 1 March 1955 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He is an actor and writer, known for Ready to Rumble (2000), WCW Bash at the Beach (1996) and WCW Thunder (1998). He has been married to Karen Ann Osterhout since 26 April 1987. They have one child.

Tenay is known as &quot;The Professor&quot; due to his vast knowledge of
Wrestling.

He worked for WCW for several years before the company was bought out
by WWE. He now works for NWA-TNA, the promotion owned by Jerry
Jarrett.
