Biography

Richard Tate is known for Nowhere Boy (2009), The Theban Plays by Sophocles (1986) and Bodies (2023). He has been married to Wendy since 1964. They have three children.

Richard was a close friend of John Lennon, who he met whilst studying fine Art at the Liverpool institute.

Richard Tate was colleagues with John Lennon, founder of the Beatles, in art school.
