Justin Tarr was born on April 14, 1940 in Amarillo, Texas, USA. He was an actor, known for Bullitt (1968), The Rat Patrol (1966) and Flying High (1978). He died on July 26, 2012 in Hawaii, USA.

Best known for his role as Pvt. Tully Pettigrew on The Rat Patrol: his character drove the show's main vehicle, the sand jeep armed with a mounted gun.
