- After her mother's death in 1998, upon advice of family friend Dom DeLuise, she decided that Lamb Chop should live on for her many fans and began performing with Lamb Chop. Upon relaunching Lamb Chop's career, Mallory legally changed her surname to Lewis to honor her mother.
- In 2010 Mallory began performing with Hush Puppy during her shows with Lamb Chop. Mallory doesn't perform with Charlie Horse because his voice is hard on her vocal chords.
- Daughter of Shari Lewis and Jeremy Tarcher.
- She has since divorced from Brad Hood. 17 years after Shari died, Mallory's father Jeremy died from Parkinson's Disease.
