Ikuko Tani was born on April 9, 1939 in Tokyo, Japan. She is an actress, known for A Silent Voice: The Movie (2016), Naruto Shippûden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 (2013) and Naruto: Shippuden (2007).

Voiced Patrick and Mrs. Puff in the Japanese dub of 'SpongeBob SquarePants'.
