Juan Tamariz was born on October 18, 1942 in Madrid, Spain. He was an actor and director, known for El espíritu (1969), Muerte S.A. (1967) and Moros y cristianos (1987). He died on August 18, 2026 in Madrid, Spain.

Studied Physical Sciences and later entered the Official Film School.

His international consecration came in 1973. At the World Congress of Magic held in France, he won the First World Prize of Cartomagy with what is known as the 'Number of Paris'.
