- Sonja Tallis was born on September 24, 1943 in Sydney, Australia. She is an actress, known for The Killing of Angel Street (1981), Prisoner (1979) and The Best of Friends (1982).
- Spent 1990-1993 in the US studying Sacred Wisdom before returning to acting and drama coaching.
- As well as a drama tutor, she is also an artist and presented her first exhibition in 1998.
- Teaching at The Actors Centre in Sydney
- Sonja started her professional career singing as part of the folk duo Sean & Sonja, releasing albums and travelling to Vietnam to entertain the troops.
