Biography

Jerzy Sztwiertnia was born on December 25, 1946 in Chorzów, Slaskie, Poland. He was a director and writer, known for Grzech Antoniego Grudy (1975), Komediantka (1987) and Teatr Sensacji Kobra (1956). He died on July 27, 2025 in Poland.

In 1969, he graduated from the directing department at PWSFtviT in Lódz.

Member of the Polish Film Academy.

Co-owner of the "Fokus Film" production studio.
