Becky Swonke was born on June 28, 1980 in Houston, Texas, USA. She is an actress, known for Waiting for Santa (1990), Campfire Sing-Along (1990) and The Backyard Show (1988). She has been married to Travis Aaron since June 15, 2002.

She is best known for her role as Amy in the "Barney and the Backyard Gang" video series. Becky was unable to reprise her role in Barney & Friends (1992) due to an illness. Becky Swonke was replaced by Lauren King. Becky and Lauren share a birthday. Becky is older than Lauren by five years.

After recovering from her illness Becky retired from acting. She is now married. Today Becky Swonke lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
