Lennart Swahn was born on 8 April 1927 in Stockholm, Stockholms län, Sweden. He was an actor and writer, known for Stjärna mot stjärna (1977), Miss and Mrs Sweden (1969) and Profilen (1961). He died on 27 August 2008 in Tyresö, Stockholms län, Sweden.

Last six months of his life he lost his voice.

Last weeks of Lennart&#39;s life he moved in with his long time friend David Bonnier in Bonnier&#39;s summer house in Tyresö south east of Stockholm. It was a house where he could sit on the porch and view out over Stockholm Archipelago.
