- Pianist and composer Esbjörn Svensson died on Saturday 14 June 2008 in a diving accident at Ingarö in the Stockholm archipelago. When he was in the middle of his career with his prized trio e.s.t (which consisted of bassist Dan Berglund and drummer Magnus Öström). Yes! since the start in 1993, the group had developed there at the end of the 2000s into one of Europe's most successful groups. And it was even so popular that they were invited to several concerts by the rather discerning jazz guitarist Pat Metheny
