- Eva Švankmajerová was born on September 25, 1940 in Kostelec nad Cernými lesy, Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia [now Czech Republic]. She was an art director and production designer, known for Little Otik (2000), Lunacy (2005) and Faust (1994). She was married to Jan Švankmajer. She died on October 20, 2005 in Prague, Czech Republic.
