Irene Yah-Ling Sun was born on September 1, 1946. She is an actress, known for Magnum, P.I. (1980), Harper Valley P.T.A. (1978) and The Incredible Hulk (1977).

Irene Yah-Ling SUN, Off Screen is a Black Belt Judo Expert.

She is an accomplished chef, specializing in Chinese dishes.

Sun was born in Shanghai and raised in Taiwan; her family later moved to Manhattan.

She assembled an extensive collection of memorabilia depicting how Asian Americans have been portrayed in popular culture along with her friend, the film editor, writer, and book dealer Yoshio Kishi.
