- William Sulzer was born on March 18, 1863 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, USA. He was an actor, known for The Governor's Boss (1915), The Shame of the Empire State (1913) and Mutual Weekly, No. 13 (1913). He died on November 6, 1941 in New York City, New York, USA.
