Dmitri Sukharev is known for Na boykom meste (1998), Krik o pomoshchi (1988) and Podslushannyy razgovor (1985).

The fragments of an opera "Predlozheniye" (from Anton Chekhov) written for Poyezdki na starom avtomobile (1983) as concert turns not more were later in 1992 edited and broadened by Sergey Nikitin and Dmitri Sukharev into the opera-ballet for dramatic actors "A choi-to ty vo frake?" - the 1992-1996 hit of the Moscow theatrical enterprise "The school-studio of a modern play" with 'Lyubov Polischuk', 'Alexei Petrenko' and Albert Filozov recorded for TV in 1996.
