Biography

Ted Ström was a Swedish composer, singer, musician, painter and graphic artist. He was a pioneer in Swedish progressive music, was a member of Contact and also wrote the song "Vintersaga/Winter Tale". After graduating, he studied at Konstfack, the College of Arts, Crafts and Design, but his interest in music soon took over. Ström founded Contact in 1968 which had great success with "Hon kom över mon" featuring the folk music trio Skäggmanslaget.
