Biography

Thomas Stobart was born in 1914 in England, UK. He was a cinematographer and director, known for The Great Monkey Rip-Off (1979), The Conquest of Everest (1953) and Adventure On (1956). He died in 1980 in West Sussex, England, UK.

Educated Sheffield and Cambridge Universities (Honours B.Sc. Zoology).

Appointed O.B.E. (Officer of the order of The British Empire).

Wrote and directed a 33 minute short titled Hazard starring Neil McCallum and Tom Bowman.
