Stacey Stillman was born on August 11, 1972 in Long Island, New York, USA.

She earned her JD degree from New York University School of Law in 1998 and completed her undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1994, with a combined BA degree in both Physics and the Politics & Philosophy of Law.
