James Castle Stevens

James Castle Stevens is a Brooklyn-born actor, writer, and director who began his professional acting career after moving to Los Angeles in 1991. Over the next fifteen years, he appeared in film, television, commercials, and theatre, building a career as an actor before shifting his primary focus toward creative direction and theatrical production. Returning to the stage has brought his career full circle, combining his roots as a performer with his work as a playwright and director. He is the founder and Artistic Director of Theatricus, where his recent directing credits include "Still Life in Central Park" and "The Henry Clyde Canning Murder House." His original play "Still Life in Central Park" received its world premiere in 2026, and is in preproduction as a film for 2028.
