Val Stanton was born on October 17, 1886 in London, England, UK. He was an actor, known for Duke of the Navy (1942), Stage Struck (1936) and Prison Train (1938). He died in January 1967 in Uniondale, Long Island, New York, USA.

Was the reference model for Jiminy Cricket in Disney's 'Pinocchio'.

He was the son of Walter Stanton and Tina Corri. Also the brother of Ernie Stanton.
