Irwin Stanton was born on June 19, 1908 in California, USA. He was a director, known for Space Patrol (1950), The Frank Sinatra Show (1957) and Shivaree (1965). He was married to Vera Hinkleman. He died on April 11, 1993 in California, USA.

Irwin Stanton's grandfather Julius Steinberger was the co-founder of Isotoner Gloves along with Abe Kalisher, in Berlin, Germany. The business was taken by the Nazis and never returned to Julius, who had by this time moved to America permanently.
