  • As a screenwriter, Justin has written or co-written projects sold to companies like Universal Pictures, Arnon Milchan's New Regency, Marc Platt Productions, Atlas Independent, Fox Television and HBO, which involved producers and filmmakers such as David Kirschner (Child's Play, Frailty), Oscar winner Arnold Kopelson (Platoon, Eraser), Marc Platt (Wanted, Drive) and visionary director Timur Bekmembatov (Night Watch, Day Watch, Wanted).

    He co-wrote the thriller Black Butterfly for Lionsgate. Starring Antonio Banderas, Jonathan Rhys-Meyers and Piper Perabo, produced by Marc Frydman & Rod Lurie (The Contender, Nothing But The Truth, Lucky Strike) and Silvio Muraglia (After The Wedding) and directed by Brian Goodman (What Doesn't Kill You), it received a worldwide release, featured at the prestigious Raindance, Belgrade and Madrid International Film Festivals (with Antonio Banderas winning "Best Actor" awards at the Madrid International Film Festival and Ischia Global Film & Music Festival) and drew strong reviews from The Los Angeles Times, The Hollywood Reporter and NPR's FilmWeek Claudia Puig & Wade Major, amongst others.

    After many years living in Los Angeles - Justin now resides back in his native United Kingdom, where he recently produced and co-wrote the soon to be released supernatural thriller The Spirit Lock - the feature directorial debut of acclaimed cinematographer Steven Fierberg (Emily in Paris, The Affair, Secretary). It is also the first film for Archy Rival UK, a production partnership Justin helped form to make UK-centric genre films.
